SpaceOnCall Privacy Notice
How pilot account, booking, chat, verification, and upload data is handled.
Data collected and purpose
SpaceOnCall may collect identity, company, account, listing, booking, subscription-reference, chat, verification, and site-condition upload data to operate and secure the marketplace.
Data should be collected only for notified operational, compliance, fraud-prevention, support, and legal purposes.
Access, use, and disclosure
Booking and conversation data is restricted to the relevant renter, listing host, and authorized administrators. Verification and condition files are private and require participant or administrator authorization.
Service providers may process data only for contracted hosting, authentication, storage, security, and support purposes under appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
SpaceOnCall must define and enforce a retention schedule. Personal data should be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed for business or legal purposes.
Reasonable access controls, private durable storage, audit records, backups, incident response, and secure disposal should protect data throughout its lifecycle.
Individual requests and incidents
Users may request to access or correct their personal data, subject to applicable exceptions and identity checks.
SpaceOnCall must appoint a data protection officer, publish a working privacy contact, assess suspected incidents, and notify affected individuals and the regulator when a data breach is legally notifiable.
